foveasetterras asked: Ugh I do miss old Grey's as well. I feel like I don't have enough hindsight to form opinions on this season though, and maybe not even last season. The old ones are like warm and fuzzy to me. I am so not looking forward to the finale at all. The preview for it that aired directly after last week's episode made me so mad I couldn't even reblog stuff from the episode. I was like NO BECAUSE IT'S ALL GOING TO END WRONG. I wanted to kill Alex and now I am going to kill the writers and Shonda for okaying the finale script because seriously Meredith just had everything going for her and now it's all gonna go down the drain. I need to watch it alone because I have the feeling I will be crying and experiencing a lot of raging emotions.

Nothing is better than dark and twisty Mer and all that McDreamy drama from the previous seasons. It’s sad really at how much the show has changed. It’s not entirely bad or anything, just really..Different in a sense.. I love Alex, I really do. Which is why I found it increasingly hard to be angry at him. I’m more pissed off at the writers/Shonda for ruining the friendship Alex/Mer developed since season one. I loved those two together, they were like siblings. Now it’s all messed up and ugh, I’m getting aggravated just thinking about it. After what happened to Meredith last season finale you’d figure they’d finally give her a break, guess not -_-  We can be hysterical together! I’m already preparing myself for the mass keyboard smashing that will definitely occur. What’s even more sad is that season 8 will most likely be the last one as well. Creys. I’m going to need a lot of alcohol to get through the rest of the week.
